  1. open two Origin,

  2. in 2nd one, plot scatter

  3. switch to browser, then back to Origin

  4. select plot, open border color fly-out in toolbar, select eyedropper, click any place in graph

==> switch to browser, then back to Origin

Fixed in Origin2024.
