  1. Open PointToolTip-ImageLinkAndEmbeddedImage.opju attached in ORG-26058

  2. -->point tooltips in graph1 will show image file link in col(C) with column width =20

  3. Mouse over data point in graph1

  4. ==>there is large space area in tooltips

Fixed in Origin2023b.
