You can select Auto, Ascending, Descending for Order control.

This option only appears when X is auto X or X is text for a column or bar chart. It allows you to select the arrangement order for all columns (or bars).

Note: By default, for column/bar charts created via the "Plot" menu, the X-axis tick label type is set to Text from Dataset. Therefore, when you adjust the arrangement order of the columns (or bars), the X-axis tick labels will also be reordered accordingly to ensure that the correspondence between the X-axis and Y-axis values ??remains consistent.
