If you want to add same column to multiple sheets, you can add it to one worksheet first. Then right-click and choose Add to Other Sheets to add it to other sheets in same book, or sheets in other books in same folder, or sheets in other books in whole project.

When the selected column(s) not at the end, you can right-click and choose Insert to Other Sheets to insert it to other sheets. You can also choose to insert to the end to other sheets in dialog.
