Demagnetization Curves Custom Report of Sintered Nd-Fe-B Magnets

Description

This graph shows a custom report of a material demagnetization. It was created by engineer Oscar Marron of Tridus Magnetics and Assemblies.

In the demagnetization curve plot, grey lines representing five different energy products values (defined as BH) and demagnetization curves measured under different temperatures are plotted using bottom-X axis and right-Y axis. To display two unit systems (SI and CGS) simultaneously, another group of bottom-X axis and right-Y axis is added in the plot. Permeance Coefficient (defined as B/H) is plotted using top-X axis and left-Y axis. Four Permeance Coefficient values (1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0), i.e. the slopes of B-H interface, are indicated on top-X axis. A table has been created to list all important parameters and the relative ranges.

To create similar custom report of another material, you can simply save the Origin project without data and update corresponding data of another material.
