New issue in Origin 2024b. The scientific notation on axis failed to show in the exported SVG file. No issue with other image types.

Workaround:

Select Format: Layer… menu to open Plot Details dialog. Go to Display/Speed tab. Check Data on Top of Axes checkbox.
