New a wks and fill with random numbers. Fill LN with something like aa bb
Highlight all and select Plot: Statistical: Bar Chart
Open PD an go to Label tab. Check Additional Labels, Position as Above Whisker. Click OK.
Open Y Axis dialog and go to Scale tab. Change From to 1, To to 0. Click OK.
==> Label is not outside whisker now.
