Case1: Angle annotation precision issue

1. Add angle annotation in graph, in Obejct Properties dialog: Dimension tab

2. Set Angle as 30 and OK, open dialog again
   ==> Changes to 29.97 or 30.3

Case2: Angle bigger than 180

1. Add angle annotation in graph, in Obejct Properties dialog: Dimension tab

2. Set Angle as 230 and OK
   ==> Shows 130.01
