Description:

PURPOSE
This tool can be used to:
1> Find baseline with ALS method in an X-Function dialog
2> Find baseline with ALS method in Peak Analyzer or use the theme for batch peak analysis

INSTALLATION
Download the file BaselineALS.opx, and then drag-and-drop onto the Origin workspace. A toolbar with two buttons will appear. And a theme named ALS Baseline is created in Peak Analyzer. Note that this tool requires OriginPro.

OPERATION
With a worksheet or graph active, click the first button to open the dialog. The Settings group provides options to set parameters for ALS method. The dialog can also allow user to output baseline, baseline subtracted data and show preview.
Click the second button to open the help file which includes explanation of the dialog settings, examples and algorithm. The document also shows how to use the theme in Peak Analyzer.
