Description:

Purpose

This App provides a tool to create a custom worksheet for stability study data collection, and another tool to fit a general linear model against time and batch, which can be used to predict shelf life.

Installation

Operation

Click the App icon to open a toolbar.

  • Create Stability Study Worksheet

    • Settings: Enter percent  of response within specification limits and confidence level. Enter Alpha for Pooling Batches (Variable with Prob<alpha is excluded). Select Use One Specification Limit to Calculate Shelf Life to adjusts the confidence level to produce a one-sided bound when there are two specification limits.
    • Select Quantities, Diagnostics and Plots etc. to output.

Sample OPJU File
This app provides a sample OPJU file.  Right click the App icon in the Apps Gallery window, and choose Show Samples Folder from the short-cut menu. A folder will open. Drag-and-drop the project file StabilityStudySample.opju from the folder onto Origin. The Notes window in the project shows detailed steps.
