SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Note the following for shipping and handling:

  • GSA purchases: No charge
  • Non-GSA purchases: US and Canada $30 (Single Packages only)
  • Residents of Massachusetts, California, and Indiana are subject to state sales tax.
  • All orders will be processed within two business days.
  • Software is usually sent UPS Ground (US & Canada) unless otherwise requested.
  • If a product CD is ordered, a printed manual will be included with shipment.

RETURNS

At OriginLab Corporation, your satisfaction is our goal. If you must return the product for any reason, we will offer you a full refund for a return within 60 days of your purchase.

  1. Price per unit copy includes the option to install on up to two (2) computers. Learn more about OriginLab's licensing options, such as concurrent network and site licenses. For greater mobility, consider purchasing Origin/OriginPro with a dongle. Please note that a fee will be charged to obtain a replacement for a lost or damaged dongle.
  2. Maintenance includes upgrades to new versions as they become available during the time period of the maintenance contract.
