Fill Area Graphs

Origin's Fill Area Graphs are a great way to track trends in your data. Fill Area graphs illustrate how two quantities change over time as well as how the two quantities relate to each other.

Fill Area Graph Example

In Origin, the Fill Area plot type is created by plotting two data sets as lines. The area between the two lines is then filled with the default fill color. A fill pattern can also be enabled.

The customization options for a Fill Area plot are similar to those of a Line plot. To learn more about this graph type, view the Line graph details page.
