Posted - 07/18/2012 : 10:37:19 AM Hi,
I am using OPUS as well and what I was doing was that I was opening parameters of a spectrum in OPUS, and copying data from AB (Absortance) section to excel or staight to Origin.
The limitation was however that you can do a single file at a time
Any sucess with JXAMP DX?

Posted - 07/10/2012 : 10:01:58 PM Hi,
The OPUS software is able to save the data as JCAMP DX data format. Then you can import such data file into Origin by menu File: Import: JCAMP-DX (DX, DX1, JDX, JCM).... If you can't see this menu item, please select the Customize... item to add it.

Hi Kingsley,
These are OPUS data files from Bruker, right? That appears to be a proprietary format, so one cannot simply use import wizard to import the file.
Does the software allow saving the data in any other format such as SPC or even simple ascii (of the desired channels?).
We will look into supporting OPUS in a future version, if the file format is published/available.
