PURPOSE This tool can be used to: 1> Solve an ordinary differential equation of any order OR 2> Solve a system of first order differential equations INSTALLATION Download the file odesolver.opx, and then drag-and-drop onto the Origin workspace. A toolbar with two buttons will appear. OPERATION Click the first button to open the dialog. Define the equation, integration interval and initial conditions. It provides three options for method: Runge-Kutta, Adams and BDF(Stiff). Click the second button to open the help file which includes explanation of the dialog settings, and two examples.
